List of Tube ID's of a plate layout? Say from a plate reader in CSV? Paste it here, then generate copyable layout tables.

Choose the header of a sample position column, choose one or more output column headers and then generate a plateout, optionally include transposed output. You can save your favorite column assignments as a reusable configuration link.

Header fields

Required. This column should contain positions such as A01, H12, AA01, or AB24.

One table is generated for each output header listed here. Use the minus button to remove a header.

When checked, each output table is followed by a transposed version where columns become rows and rows become columns.

When checked with Include Transposed, transposed column labels run from the highest row letter down to A, such as H through A.
